Customer playing via SMS will receive two SMS. The first SMS is a welcome message informing the customer about the game and the prizes. Customer has to choose the right answer option and send it to the number 3131 on SMS or press 1 or 2 on the call for IVR. Correct answers give at least 200 points. Wrong or invalid answers give 100 points. After answering, the platform will attempt to charge the customer GHS1 and customer will receive the next question only after a successful charge.
